Assim como vem publicando em todas as vagas recentes para o Brasil, a descrição informa que a função é do tipo híbrida, ou seja, parte presencial e parte remoto.

Estágio Em Cinema (Administrativo)

Como você poderá contribuir com a experiência mágica?
A pessoa estagiária será responsável por apoiar a operação comercial da área de Distruibuição de Cinema, auxiliando a equipe no lançamento de filmes no mercado exibidor brasileiro. Sendo responsável por atividades como:
Atualização da base de dados dos cinemas;
Análise de mercado e concorrência;
Auxiliar em rotinas administrativas como cadastro de ordens de compra e pagamento;
Auxiliar na interação com as área de Finanças, Operações e Trade Marketing.
O que precisamos de você para fazer parte da história:
Estar cursando Administração, Marketing ou correlatas com a conclusão prevista a partir de 06/2024.
Ser uma pessoa analítica, organizada, comunicativa, que gosta de rotinas e trabalho em equipe.

How you will contribute to our magical experience? :
The Producer will contribute to making Star+ a leading OTT in Latin America, by strengthening the post-production and content team to achieve the best series with the desired quality.
The Producer will be responsible for:
Having the knowledge involved in all the post-production processes of a series. From the capture of material on set to the last delivery exported for transmission on the platform.
Technically guarantee the premium quality of all original Star+ productions content, with daily control in addition to tests in conjunction with operations.
Advise the area manager in the organization of journals and assemblies and in the systematization of the workflow with the editors of the production houses
Ensure the delivery of each show in a timely manner with the technical specifications that the platform requires.
Evaluate post-production schedules on each project and establish a relationship with each supplier to ensure timely compliance.
Manage work platform access permissions with each production house and internal customers
What we need from you be part of this story:
Possess 5 years of experience in post-production coordination.
Be a true leader and team player, value companionship. Argumentation skills are crucial for this position.
Knowledge of all the software involved in post-production and that allows you to always find the best solution to daily problems.
Technical skills: Avid, Premiere, DaVinci- Resolve Intermediate; MSOffice Advanced; English and Spanish Intermediate

How you will contribute to our magical experience?:
In this role, the Supervisor will integrate the Trade Marketing for Retail area, participating in the implementation of Disney calendar activations.
The Supervisor will be responsible for :
Ensure the presence of the largest number of licensees and products in the customers.
Set retail briefings projects on physical and digital markets;
Support and monitor the evolution of projects within retail area;
Work close with categories and marketing teams to align initiative and retail efforts;
Ensure that all information arrives accurately facing all stakeholders.
Interacts with all CPGP (Consumer Products, Games and Publishing) categories, creative and marketing teams to run information exchange;
Being in touch with marketing team to get all approvals when necessary;
Organize Disney Day, conventions for representatives and customers of distributors: Budgets, request for product samples, gifts, invitation and etc;
Creation and sending project briefings;
Purchase order requests;
Make campaign presentations, project presentations and results;
Cross customers’ registered products with unworked opportunities;
Track incentive campaigns by sending weekly communications and requesting reports monthly.
Monitoring and registration of postmortem projects.
Request, analysis and monitoring of the signing of contracts.
Analysis and monthly diagnosis of customers’ inventory to create an action plan with the manager.
Manage some secondary accounts in retail to develop the new commercial vision and opportunities;
Responsible for reports and area updates to show all deliveries and projects in retail department.
What we need from you be part of this story:
Possess 4 – 5 years of experience in trade marketing, project management, communication and publicity
Strong consultative skills and ability to influence.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Software skills needed: MS Office Package (Most Important: PowerPoint and excel)
