A Disney abriu mais três vagas de trabalho no Brasil destinadas ao STAR+, novo serviço de streaming que chega ao Brasil no próximo 31 de agosto.

Com mais essas vagas, agora são quatro oportunidades diferentes disponíveis no portal oficial de carreiras da Disney. As três novas vagas exigem nível avançado de inglês, então é natural que estejam com a descrição no idioma estrangeiro.

Coordinator, Marketing Analytics Star+

Descrição do cargo:

Strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in LATAM (mainly focused in Brazil) in order to monitor Marketing KPIs and drive impact in the business through actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsabilidades:

  • Marketing Analytics: Understanding needs, metrics and insights of the new product from data.
  • Track and provide data from Social Listening, Social Media, Influencers, Awareness Media and Performance Media sources.
  • Evaluate costs and rates to generate insights and intelligence for upcoming campaigns and marketing stunts.
  • Summarize sources of data to provide perspectives and recommendation.
  • Marketing Analytics to drive and improve acquisition, conversation and retention trough different channels.
  • Data curation, understanding of KPIs, and evangelizing the use of available data and information.
  • Make visual representation of data easily understandable in dashboards.
  • Collaborate with other teams to determine data needs and support them with analysis.
  • Discover areas of opportunity for data improvement and follow through to accomplishment those improvements.

Qualificações básicas:

Content Analytics Coordinator, Disney Streaming Services

Descrição do cargo:

The content coordinator will join the Business Intelligence to analyze content performance and audience engagement of Disney Streaming Services, applying advanced analytics in order to understand consumption of direct to consumer platforms. Will collaborate with the Brazil Content Manager in the creation of audience insights by thrusting BI thinking, automated reports and storytelling. Must be able to build strong relationship, boosting data-driven decisions throughout DTC strategies and operations.

Responsabilidades:

  • Star+ content performance: Reporting, visualization & insights delivery, focused on ESPN content within the service. Elaborate deep analysis regarding properties and original productions in order to maximize consumption levels.
  • Live sports streaming analysis: Deep understanding, reporting and insights delivery of live streaming audiences & performance of sporting events.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities to improve content performance within the Star+ platform.
  • Collaborate with periodic presentations and meetings, focused on actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
  • Support other departments of the company by providing key performance information about sports properties (Marketing, Acquisitions and DTC Programing).
  • Keep on track key streaming and digital consumption metrics able to perform deep understanding of content consumption.
  • Track multi-platform audience evolution in the marketplace and Keep up-to-date with industry changes, case studies and promoting proactively market insights within the company.
  • Bring effort to the constant improvement and development of new tools for analyzing data.
  • Go beyond data reporting to analyze the “why” behind consumption.

Qualificações básicas:

  • Possess 2 years of hands-on media / content analytics experience; (SVOD, OTT, preferred.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Possess 1 year of work experience using large datasets SQL / snowflake, among others.
  • Deep understanding of digital media consumption metrics.
  • Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience with Python/R or other statistical programming language is a plus.

O Produtor Digital projeta, cria e entrega estratégias de marketing de conteúdo digital desde o conceito até a execução, sempre alinhado à estratégia geral de marketing.

• Deve ser capaz de aceitar mudanças prontamente, tanto nas responsabilidades do cargo, quanto no ambiente de trabalho, e ter a capacidade de ser flexível na adaptação às tarefas priorizadas.
• Alguma experiência com ferramentas de edição de fotos e vídeos é uma vantagem.
• Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos é uma vantagem.
